Golbahar Ebrahiminejad is a certified yoga teacher who has completed 500 hours of teacher training courses in Tehran, Iran. She started practicing yoga when she was only 19 years old and has developed a passion for this ancient discipline. She teaches various styles of yoga, such as cyclic, hatha, vinyasa, and ashtanga, and enjoys learning new techniques and poses. Besides yoga, she also loves swimming and coaching others in this sport. She obtained her lifeguard certificate in 2019 and has been working as a swim instructor ever since. She likes to swim in different environments, such as pools, lakes, and oceans, and challenges herself with different distances and strokes.
In addition to her physical activities, Golbahar Ebrahiminejad is a fitness trainer who specializes in high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.). She has been doing this type of workout for five years and has helped many clients achieve their fitness goals. She designs customized programs for each client based on their needs and preferences and motivates them with positive feedback and encouragement.
Golbahar Ebrahiminejad is not only a talented athlete and trainer, but also an educator. She speaks fluent English and works as an English teacher for different levels of students. She uses creative methods to make learning fun and engaging, such as games, songs, and stories. She also enjoys teaching young children and has a degree in kindergarten education. Golbahar Ebrahiminejad began her career as a yoga teacher four years ago at the Payammehr institute, a well-known and reputable center for yoga and wellness. Since then, she has been teaching various classes and workshops for students of different levels and backgrounds. She has also been involved in organizing and leading yoga retreats and events for the institute. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others and helping them achieve their physical and mental health goals.
She has a special interest and expertise in working with disabled individuals who face various challenges and limitations in their daily lives. She has been practicing yoga with them and providing them with yoga therapy, a holistic approach that uses yoga techniques and principles to address their physical, mental, and emotional needs. She has helped them improve their mobility, flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as their self-esteem, confidence, and well-being. Golbahar Ebrahiminejad found her soulmate and partner in Sina Ahmadi, who is the manager of the online division of the Payammehr institute. They met at the institute where they both work and share their passion for yoga and wellness. They got married in a beautiful ceremony attended by their family, friends, and colleagues. They are happily married and support each other in their personal and professional lives.
